BIOPRO in short
National Swedish R&D Program on Biotechnical Process Technology
Key to a bioprocess is that the conditions for the production cells (bacterial, animal or yeasts alike) are appropriate to sustain proliferation and production of the aimed for products. The BIOPRO R&D Program focussed on different issues of primary importance in securing physiologically "fit for purpose" conditions and relevant monitoring/modelling strategies to control processes within an appropriate design-space.
